The Structural Cognition Collection

How this work is explored over time

Foundations

The Foundations are divided into two parts, designed to be read in sequence:

Part I – Distinctions

How structure in the world emerges from differences, boundaries and relations.

This part shifts attention to the underlying patterns that shape how systems behave.

Part II – Perception

How attention, uncertainty and internal filters influence what gets noticed – and what gets missed.

This part examines how interpretation forms.

And why the same situation can appear very differently depending on what the mind is primed to see.

These ten pieces form the core of Structural Cognition.

They are short, written in plain language, and each builds on the last.

The Case Library

After the Foundations, you move into the Case Library.

This is where that way of seeing is applied to real situations.

New case pieces are added weekly. Each one focuses on a specific situation.

They use the same underlying lens – without turning it into a rigid method.

Cases are not arranged as a curriculum. They are designed to stand on their own, while gradually revealing recurring patterns across different contexts.

The aim is not explanation or advice, but recognition – seeing familiar situations more clearly as the same structural dynamics surface again and again.
